• The Animo loyalty program etc is the property of Animo etc inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'Animo etc') and may at any time and without notice: (a) modify the components thereof; (b) refuse to issue an Animo Fanimo Avantages Card to the customer who fails to comply with the established registration procedures; and (c) in the event of reasonable doubt, withdraw or cancel the Animo loyalty card and the accumulated dollar points of the Member who abuses his / her privileges, who refuses to comply with the terms and conditions governing the Program or who makes a false declaration.
• Animo etc. reserves the right to terminate the Program upon 90 days notice to its members.
• All participants of the Fanimo Avantages Program must be 18 years of age or older.
• Only one Fanimo Avantages card is valid per member. Many customers residing at the same civic address can share a card.
• Fanimo Avantages card in not a credit card.
• Fanimo Avantages card is the property of Animo etc. and may be revoked at any time in its sole discretion.
• The Program is offered in participating Animo etc stores and in any other store designated by Animo etc at its sole discretion.
• Only natural persons can register for Fanimo Avantages Program; companies, joint ventures, partnerships, groups and associations.
• The dollar points of each Program member can not be transferred, cashed or sold. Dollar points can only be accumulated by the member of the Fanimo Avantages Program.
• The Fanimo Avantages member must notify Animo etc. of any changes or modifications to their personal information. Animo etc. reserves the right to cancel an Animo etc membership card for which the information would be incomplete or inaccurate.
• In case of loss or theft of the Fanimo Avantages Card, it is the responsibility of the member to notify Animo etc. The accumulated dollar points will then be automatically transferred to a new folder when a new card is issued. Animo etc. can not be held responsible for transactions that have been made to the account between the time the card was lost or stolen and the moment when Animo etc has been notified.

Accumulation of Animo etc dollar points

• To obtain dollar points, the member must present his valid Fanimo Avantages card during a transaction at the cash desk of a participating store, at any time before the end of the transaction.
• Animo etc dollars Points will be issued to the Animo etc gift card holder if he / she uses it to pay for purchases. Animo etc. reserves the right, at any time, to add or exclude, at its discretion, items eligible for issuing Animo etc dollar points.
• Animo etc dollar points accumulate at the rate of 0.01 points for every dollar spent on each eligible purchase. Dollar points are calculated based on the total net amount before taxes shown on the cash register receipt. On the occasion of promotional offers, Animo etc will be able to offer bonus dollar points for the purchase of certain products.
• Product returns are managed according to Animo etc’s policy for product return and exchange. Animo etc reserves the right to subtract the dollar points of the Fanimo Avantages member associated with the purchase of a product or any promotional offer associated with it when the member returns the same product.

Loyalty program

• To accumulate the eligible purchases, the member must present his valid Fanimo Avantages card during a transaction at the cash desk of a participating store, and this, at any time before the end of the transaction.

We assure you that your personal information will never be transmitted to other entities outside Animo etc. for marketing or solicitation purposes.
